Notice to Customers:

In our glassworks in Rádlo, we only accept payments in cash or via invoice. Unfortunately, we do not accept card payments.

Glass Offer - Available for Pickup:

Complete range of basic colors as per our Price List.
Selected special colors from the Temporary Colors Price List (availability may vary).

Order Details:

Minimum Purchase: 1 block measuring 20x20x2.5cm, with an approximate weight of 2.5kg (tolerance +/- 2%).
Maximum Purchase: according to the current availability of stock and individual agreements.

Shipping and Tracking:

Shipping is charged within the invoice based on gross weight and destination.
We cooperate with shipping companies such as Schenker, DHL, DPD, FedEx.
After dispatching the shipment, you will receive an email with a link for tracking and a tracking number.

How to Order:

For easy ordering, please send us an email at: info@banasglass.com with the following information:

The numbers of chosen colors and the required amount of glass in kilograms (minimum 2.5 kg, then in multiples of 2.5 kg).
Billing and delivery address.
Telephone contact for the shipping company.

Note:
We charge by the kg, not by the block. The billed weight may slightly differ from multiples of 2.5 kg due to a tolerance of 2%.

Payment Terms

We would like to inform our customers that at the Rádle glassworks, we only accept cash payments or invoices. Unfortunately, card payments are not possible here.

Stock Availability

Basic Colors: All colors from our standard price list are ready for pickup.
Temporary Colors: We also offer some special shades from the temporary colors price list.

Ordering Terms

Minimum Purchase: 1 block measuring 20x20x2.5 cm with a weight of 2.5 kg (with a variation of +/- 2%).
Maximum Purchase: Based on the current stock status. For larger orders, we offer the option to order the melting of an entire pan, which is approximately 300 kg of glass. We guarantee quick delivery times.
Special Offer: When ordering at least 150 kg or an entire pan, we offer the option of melting glass in a color of your choice.

Packaging and Shipping

Packaging: We standardly pack glass in cardboard boxes with polystyrene lining. A large box can hold up to 25 kg (10 blocks) and a small box up to 10 kg (4 blocks). Larger quantities are delivered on a pallet.
Shipping: The shipping price is calculated based on the gross weight and delivery location. We cooperate with the Schenker shipping company. After dispatching the shipment, we will send you an email link to track the shipment, including the tracking number.
